These Terms of Use govern your use of the Us iOS app, made by CouplesQ. By installing or using Us, you agree to these terms.
You may install and use Us on any iPhone or iPad you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. The license is non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable if you violate these terms. This license is consistent with the Apple End User License Agreement that ships with every app from the App Store.
Us is a conversation companion: it surfaces questions for two people to talk about. The questions are intended to spark conversation and connection. They are not therapy, legal advice, medical advice, or financial advice. Some questions touch personal topics — use your judgment about which to skip.
The Us Pro lifetime unlock is a one-time, non-consumable purchase, currently US $12.99 (local equivalents apply). It unlocks all current packs and any future free pack expansion for the install that bought it. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges — once you pay, you keep access on that install forever.
All purchases are handled by Apple's StoreKit. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com if you need one.
If you reinstall the app on a new device signed in to the same Apple ID and tap "Restore purchases" in Menu → Subscription, the unlock will come back.
The questions in Us are written or compiled by us and licensed for use inside the app. You may not extract, scrape, redistribute, or republish them outside personal use with your partner.
If you do any of these, your license terminates immediately.
Us is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any question will be the right question at the right moment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CouplesQ's total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of Us is limited to the amount you paid for the Us Pro unlock (or zero if you have not bought it).
We may update these terms. If we do, the new terms will be posted at this URL and the effective date above will change.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
